Free Shipping

We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States ONLY. Some orders may qualify for additional discounts for larger quantities. Please contact us for inquiries. 

Shipping Policy

LabTech Seating ships within the United States and Canada only.  Any orders placed outside of the areas will not be processed.  Orders will ship out using FedEx or common carrier.  We will make every effort to ship the most economical way. 

Return/Refund Policy 

All returns must be processed within 30 days of the delivery date.  All returns will need a Return Authorization number obtained by contacting LabTech customer service.  All returns must be sent back freight prepaid in the original carton and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Non stock items, such as special colors, may not be retuned. 

LabTech Seating reserves the right upon inspection to refuse refunds on damaged, misused, or non-resalable items. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Requests can be made by contacting Customer Service. If the cancellation request is received before the items are shipped, Buyer will not be charged for cancelling the order. If the item has shipped, Buyer will be responsible for inbound and outbound shipping charges. If the item has shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
